1) In order for your paper to be published, you must pre-register for the conference. For registration information, click here.
3) The paper must be formatted according to the instructions found by following the links at top of this page. Note that the Word version of the instructions is designed to be used as a template for the papaer. Papers not formatted in conformance with the instructions will not be published. Due to a larger number of submissions than originally anticipated, papers will be limited to no more than 7 pages including all text, notes and bibliography. Sorry, no exceptions.
4) The papers must be submitted in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Rich Text (RTF) format. PDF files and other formats will not be accepted.
5) Papers should be sent as email attachments to Deena Murphy-Medley (Dmurphymedley@aol.com). The deadline for paper submissions is March 15, 2002. Please note that this is an earlier date than originally advertised. This change is necessary due to a larger number of submissions than originally anticipated.
6) You must complete and return by mail or fax the IEEE copyright form available for downloading at http://www.ieee.org/about/documentation/copyright/cfrmlink.htm. Signed copyright forms should be mailed or faxed to Deena Murphy-Medley, ISTAS’02 Conference Coordinator, Division of Multidisciplinary Studies, Campus Box 7107, Raleigh, North Carolina, 27695, USA, fax: 919-515-1828.
