Catalog description

Using Spanish through past tenses, regular and irregular, and various morphological and syntactical aspects; An emphasis on oral skills and increased cultural awareness; written work and laboratory practice assigned daily.

Be sure to read all information pages before beginning.  Familiarize yourself with the technology required to take the course.

Use the VISTA EMAIL FUNCTION to correspond with instructor regarding course matters.

Online courses, by nature, require students to be organized and highly motivated.  Pay close attention to dates and deadlines, as the course windows for exercises, assessments, quizzes and exams are set and there will not be an opportunity to make up missed work. 

CREDIT ONLY:  If you take this course for credit only, you must score a minimum of a C- ( 70 %) in order to pass.  A 69%  will not allow you to proceed to the next level, FLS201. 

August 21st:  Elluminate Session:  Try to attend one of the following sessions to practise Elluminate program and meet the instructor:

9-10 A.M.,  1-2 P.M.,  or 7-8 P.M.

 

Final Exam:  Must be taken on campus December 9th, with instructor, or with a DELTA proctor.  Please respond to initial email confirming this with instructor at the beginning of the semester.

Prerequisite:  In order to take FLS102-601, you must have completed FLS101 or taken the placement exam and have scored between 285-345.  Please respond to initial email confirming this with instructor at the beginning of the semester.
